2,726 US counties ranked by share of two or more races, not hispanic, from highest to lowest. First are Hawaii County, HI (25%), Maui County, HI (21%) and Kauai County, HI (20.9%). The middle one of the 2,726 has 3.27%.
What this measures
The percentage of residents who report two or more races and are not Hispanic. It rose sharply between the 2010 and 2020 censuses, partly since the Census changed how it sorts written-in answers. So a rise here does not simply mean a change in who lives there. Source: Census ACS 5-year.
For most measures, a national ranking mostly sorts places by income and by how urban they are. Each county’s own page compares it with the 50 counties most like it instead, which is often the fairer view.
