2,956 US counties ranked by independent-living disability, from highest to lowest. First are Oglala Lakota County, SD (20.8%), Todd County, SD (19.8%) and Kusilvak Census Area, AK (17.6%). The middle one of the 2,956 has 8.7%.

What this measures
